Daniel Larimer, CTO of EOSIO developer block.one, is stepping down

Daniel Larimer, CTO of EOSIO developer block.one and founder of the early crypto exchange Bitshares and the blockchain-based social media platform Steem, announced this in a short blog post Office today he resigned.

“[I] I am proud of the EOSIO software, which I was able to create and run with the help of an extremely talented group of engineers. Unfortunately, all good things have to come to an end. As of December 31, 2020, I resigned from my position as CTO of block.one ”, the article says.
